You do not have to run for repair every time your computer has a problem. Many common computer problems have a relatively simple solution and you can fix them yourself with a few simple steps.
To help you solve common computer problems yourself, I have listed the 15 most common computer hardware problems and the options you have if you are facing any of them.
Uninstall USB port driver:
Removing the USB port driver will force Windows to reinstall it when you restart the computer. This may solve the problem. Here's how to do it:
Press the Windows + R keys and type devmgmt.msc in the Run menu to open the device manager.
Here, expand the Universal Serial Bus Controller option.
Now click on the USB Host Controller entry and then click on Uninstall.
Repeat this for each entry with the USB Host Controller to remove drivers for all USB ports.
Once deleted, restart the computer and Windows will automatically reinstall the drivers and fix any driving issues.
PC keeps disconnecting from WiFi:
If your Wi-Fi internet works fine but your computer continues to disconnect it, your computer's network card may not be fully charged. Windows has a built-in power saving feature that gives the network card less power. You must disable this feature:
Go to Advanced settings in Power settings
Expand Wireless Adapter Settings here, and then expand the Power Saver mode.
Set this to maximum performance.
PC Fans not working:
If you notice that one or more fans are not working on your computer, it may be due to the internal dirt. You must open the computer and use a compressed air can or blower to clean the fan and other components.
If dirt is not the problem, then you can also use the Iobit Booster Pro Crack app to find out what the problem is. The program allows you to control fans in order for them to work again. Although the motherboard of the computer must support fan control in order to use this program.
PC not using a portion of RAM:
Sometimes your computer may not use any RAM. For example, you might have 4GB of RAM, but your computer only uses 2GB when you check it from Task Manager. This is usually a problem with Windows installation.
Note: If only a few MB (200-400MB) of RAM is used, it is probably used by computer equipment and you can do nothing about it.
The solution to this problem is simple - Windows needs to be configured to use some of the RAM. Here's how to fix it:
Press the Windows + R key and type msconfig in the Run menu to open System Preferences.
Go to the Startup tab and click on Advanced Advanced Options.
Now check the box next to the maximum memory and enter the maximum RAM you have set up (in MB).
Click OK and restart the computer to allow it to take effect.
It's good to know: While you're at it, you should check the box next to the Number of CPUs option and make sure that your computer is also using the entire CPU core. Set the maximum number if you want to use the whole processor.
If this does not fix the problem, it is also likely that one of the RAMs is not installed correctly. Try installing it again.
PC crashes before loading the OS:
If your computer only displays the manufacturer's label and crashes just before it was supposed to load the operating system, then there is a problem with the RAM or hard drive. Because the operating system cannot be loaded, the RAM is corrupted and the boot cannot be maintained or the hard disk is damaged and data cannot be loaded into it.
If you have multiple RAM slots, build each one one by one and the computer starts to find the culprit. Eventually, you will need to replace the damaged RAM or hard drive, whatever the case may be.
