Raaz The Mystery Continues is a 2003 Bollywood mystery thriller film directed by Mohit Suri. It is the sequel to 2001's Raaz, and features Emraan Hashmi, Jyothika and Kangana Ranaut in the lead roles. The film was released on 9 September 2003. The movie starts with Mishka (Kangana Ranaut) who tells the story of her life through flash-backs .... Emma (Emraan Hashmi) had just finished his studies but yearns to go on some adventure before he becomes an ordinary businessman like his father. He meets his friend Jai (Shashank Arora) at a party where they meet Mishka. Mishka was an orphan who had been adopted by the President of the company that Emma's father was working for. Mishka is often troubled by visions that she believes are precognitive. Meanwhile, Jai is in love with Karishma (Mrunal Thakur), who is already engaged to another man, Naman (Siddharth Anand). Emma invites Mishka to his birthday party which Karishma also attends. Emma's father arranges his son's wedding with Karishma. Mishka has a vision of a bloodied Karishma and is scared, but Emma tells her that his family would never harm her. The engagement party is held and during the party, Karishma disappears without a trace. The next morning, they find that someone had left a sprig of rose on Karishma's pillow with the words "I'm sorry" written on it. They find a note from Naman which says that he was not happy about his marriage to Karishma and had eloped with another woman named Tanya (Amrita Prakash). Mishka reveals that she used to go to the house of a rich landowner named Maya (Amrita Rao). Because Maya had been abducted from her house by demons, she lives in a comatose state. Mishka used to take care of her and talk with her about the past. Karishma is a reincarnation of Maya. Jai goes to Ajay's (Amitabh Bachchan) mansion and meets his wife Ramona (Emily Shukla). Ramona reveals that she was kidnapped by Jai's parents as a child and they threw her into the sea near Ajay's mansion as per his orders as he has done that many times before with other children from orphanages. She says that she is Jai's sister and has come to take him to their father. Emma and his friends go to Ajay's mansion and find that Naman's dead body is found there with an ethereal blue mist around him. They suspect that Ajay possesses magical powers. Later, they discover Maya living in the basement of the mansion and mistaken her for Karishma. Maya tells them that she had run away from home at a young age to elope with her fiancée Sahil (Rajat Bedi) who was also an orphan but was adopted by a wealthy woman named Aruna (Archana Puran Singh). cfa1e77820
