I recently started getting "download failed" errors on my Android device whenever I tried to update or download an application using Google Play. This seems to be a common mistake for the entire line of Android devices. Fortunately, it was easy for me to make up my mind. If you have the same problem, try these steps.
First, turn off the power and test your device again.
Make sure to turn it off completely.
Unlock screen.
Press and hold the "Power" button until the menu appears.
Select "Shutdown".
Wait for the device to turn off.
Select IDM CRACK
Wait 10 seconds, then press and hold the "Power" button to turn the device back on.
See if you can download the article now.
Fix 2 - Clear app data
If the power outages don't fix your problem, try these steps.
Open configuration".
Select "Applications".
Select "Manage Applications".
Tap on the "All" tab, then scroll down and select "Google Play Store."
Select "Storage".
Select "Clear cache" and "Clear data."
Behind the screen and select "Download Manager" (also listed as "Download").
Select "Clear cache" and "Clear data."
Also delete the data for "Google Services Framework", "Google Apps", "Google Hinges" and "Registration Service". Some users report that they also had to clear data for the "Browser" and "Chrome" apps. You may not see all of these apps listed for your specific device.
